Where we ship

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or outside Spain.

How much it costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

When it arrives

Every ring is made to order, so the estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation, including shipping.

How we ship

We manage shipping through Packlink with courier companies.

Returns: personalised rings with no right of withdrawal

Every ring is made exactly to the design you create in the configurator. As a product made to your specifications, it is not covered by the right of withdrawal (article 103.c of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU). That is why it is important to check the design, size and material carefully before completing your purchase.

Guarantee: if your jewellery has a defect

All pieces come with a 3-year legal guarantee. If your jewellery arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, write to us at hola@themeltinglab.com with photos and your order number. We will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
