Design
What jewellery can I design?
Right now you can design rings. Pendants and earrings are coming soon.
How does the configurator work?
In four steps: Settings (size and material), Shape, Volume and Details. You can move forwards, go back or jump between steps without losing anything. More details in How it works.
Do I need an account?
Yes, to save your designs. We only ask for your name and email, no password: we send you a link to sign back in whenever you like.
Which size should I choose?
The configurator offers sizes 4 to 30 (Spanish sizing). If you don’t know yours, the first step includes the guide “How do I find my size?”. Check your size carefully before buying: as it is a personalised piece, it cannot be returned.
Price and payment
How much will my jewellery cost?
It depends on the volume of metal in your design and the material (925 silver or gold-plated 925 silver). The price includes VAT and you see it before you buy. Once you finalise your design, it is fixed.
How much is shipping?
Nothing: shipping is free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Production and shipping
How long does delivery take?
About 6 to 8 weeks from when you confirm your order, because each piece is made to order from your design.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands or outside Spain?
Not at the moment: only to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Returns and guarantee
Can I return my jewellery?
Jewellery designed in the configurator is personalised and is not covered by the right of withdrawal. More information in Shipping and returns.
What if it has a defect?
All pieces come with a 3-year legal guarantee. Write to us at hola@themeltinglab.com with photos and your order number.
